cramps

wah yesterday I cycled around the beach and I have not cycled so much ever since the Pulau Ubin trip months ago!

I mean, I do cycle occasionally around Palawan but I went from Palawan to Siloso and made rounds around Siloso and back to Palawan.

So this morning I woke up with cramps.

Anyway I have Sausage with egg Mcmuffin waiting for me.
